As a general guide, a 20cm pot size or 3L small bags marketed “tall” under $55 for Melbourne erratic weather growing conditions is at the risk of an under developed small root system or a 30cm pot with couple of stems only 2.5m high under $150 is definitely a RED flag. It’s under-cooked!
